What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and who never sees it.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email, the city you are in, and the details of the transaction (products, lot numbers, expiration dates, quantities, amount paid). If you send photographs of your boxes, those too.

Why we collect it

Transaction records are part of our compliance obligations and our secondhand-dealer logging. The contact details exist so we can quote you and arrange a pickup.

Who we share it with

Nobody, for any commercial purpose. We do not sell, rent or trade seller information. We disclose records only where legally compelled — a subpoena, a regulator, or a law-enforcement request we are required to answer.

How long we keep it

Transaction records for seven years, encrypted at rest. Quote inquiries that do not result in a transaction are deleted after ninety days.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. You can ask us to delete quote inquiries at any time. We cannot delete completed transaction records within the retention period, because we are required to hold them.
