Terms of Service

The terms our quotes and purchases operate under.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the photographs and descriptions you provide and are valid for seven days. A quote is firm provided the items presented match what was described. If they do not, we will show you the discrepancy and either re-quote or decline that line.

Inspection and refusal

We look at every item before purchase and may decline anything that is not new, sealed and in date. Declining part of a lot does not oblige us to decline the rest, and does not oblige you to sell the rest.

Seller warranties

By selling to us you confirm that you own the items, that they are unopened and unexpired, and that they have not been altered, relabeled or improperly stored.

Payment

Payment is made at the point of purchase for in-person transactions, and on the day of inspection for mail-in transactions. Once payment is made the sale is final.

Mail-in returns

Items that fail inspection on a mail-in lot are returned to you at our cost, or disposed of at your written instruction.
